By the end of the session, you will master the Red Chile paste process which is the base of the dishes you will be enjoying. You will learn to differentiate between the Arizona-Sonora and New Mexico-Chihuahua flavors in the dishes you will taste.

Following our cooking demonstration we will dine together, laugh and enjoy our feast. As you know, our cookbook is a labor of love which includes our history, recipes, stories of our families and the cooking and sharing of fresh flavorful dishes.
