A true Holiday favorite from our Cookbook: ¡Buen Provecho! Treasured Secret Flavors


By the end of the session, you will master the Red Chile paste and tamale process. You will also be able to duplicate these recipes and enjoy them with your friends and family. You will learn to differentiate between the Arizona-Sonora and New Mexico-Chihuahua flavors in the dishes you will taste.

Following our cooking demonstration class we will dine together, laugh and enjoy our feast of tamales, frijoles refritos – pg - 163, and arroz – pg 154. As you know, our cookbook is a labor of love which includes our history, recipes, stories of our families and the cooking and sharing of flavorful dishes.
