By the end of the session, you will know how to duplicate these recipes and enjoy them with your friends and family. You will learn to differentiate between the Arizona-Sonora and New Mexico-Chihuahua flavors in the dishes you will taste.

Following our cooking demonstration we will dine together, laugh and enjoy our feast. As you know, our cookbook is a labor of love which includes our history, recipes, stories of our families and the cooking and sharing of flavorful dishes.
