At the request of numerous customers who have purchased our cookbook, Buen Provecho LLC will be conducting its first cooking demonstration class featuring select recipes from our cookbook: ¡Buen Provecho! Treasured Secret Flavors.  You have expressed interest in our cookbook and we want to make sure you are amongst the first to participate in our cooking classes.   


By the end of each session, you will know how to duplicate these recipes and enjoy them with your friends and family.  You will learn to differentiate between the Arizona-Sonora and New Mexico-Chihuahua flavors in the dishes you will taste. 

Following our cooking demonstrations we will dine together, laugh and enjoy our feast.  As you know, our cookbook is a labor of love which includes our history, recipes, stories of families and the cooking and sharing of flavorful dishes.   Click on each class link to see what the individual class has to offer.
